All products are custom handmade 3D pet portraits
Products are created for decorative purposes only
Products are NOT toys
Products are NOT edible and must NOT be eaten
Products are not intended for children or pets
All items are fragile and must be handled with care
Keep products away from fire, flame, or high heat sources

3. Safety Notice

This product is for decoration only
Do NOT place the product in the mouth or allow chewing
Keep the product out of reach of children and pets
Keep away from fire, flame, or direct heat

Pet3DPortrait is not responsible for injury, damage, or harm caused by misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.

4. Care Instructions

By purchasing from Pet3DPortrait, you agree to follow these care instructions:

Product is NOT washable
Do NOT use water, liquids, chemicals, or cleaning agents
Clean only using a soft dry duster or brush
Avoid dropping, pressure, moisture, or direct sunlight
Keep away from fire, flame, or high heat sources

Damage caused by improper care or handling is not covered.

5. Custom Orders & Variations

All portraits are custom-made and handcrafted
Minor variations in color, size, texture, and style may occur
Such variations are not considered defects

6. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Delivery time is NOT fixed
Timelines may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and material availability
Any timelines provided are estimates only

Delays do not qualify for cancellation, refunds, or compensation.

By accepting term and condition or placing an order, you agree that pet3dportrait may contact you via email, phone, or messaging platforms regarding order updates, design clarification, delivery information, or customer support.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Pet3DPortrait reserves the right to change or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
The most current version on our website will apply.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

All products are custom-made
Orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has started
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, delivery delays, minor variations, or damage caused by misuse or improper care

10. Shipping & Risk

Risk passes to the customer once the order is shipped
Pet3DPortrait is not responsible for courier delays, shipping damage, or incorrect address details provided by the customer

11. Limitation of Liability

Pet3DPortrait shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

12. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

All designs, artwork, images, and website content are the exclusive property of pet3dportrait
No part of our designs, artwork, products, or website content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission from Pet3DPortrait
Any unauthorized use may result in legal action under copyright law
By ordering or viewing our products, you agree to respect our intellectual property rights
